A Journey Back to Balance
6-week restorative series led by Stacey and Vishana, blending gentle Yin yoga with immersive sound healing. Designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and whole-body balance, each class invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect through mindful movement and vibration.
Held every Tuesday evening from January 20 to February 24, 2026 at Kula Yoga, each session focuses on a specific area of the body and its relation energy centre, moving from grounding and stability to openness and integration. Participants are welcome to join a single class or attend the full series. This offering is accessible to all levels and ideal for anyone seeking stillness, stress relief, and a deeper sense of inner alignment. No prior experience is required.
